Returns & Exchanges Policy -

All of our 8 Lemon Pips garments are hand made to order with love, and while we hope you fall in love with your garments the moment you receive them, we understand that you might need to return or exchange an item. If so, please follow our policy outlined below.

Returns Policy -

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it to us. All items must be in their original, new condition with tags still attached. Please package your garments as they were when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, soiled, stained, washed, or altered in any way.

Exchanges - 

We are an independent brand with low fabric order quantities. This may lead to pieces selling out quickly without the possibility of restocks. Before placing an order, make sure to check our Fit Guide and product descriptions to limit the chance of needing an exchange.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a one-time exchange per customer. After this, all exchanges will be subject to 8 Lemon Pips and will only be made if we deem necessary.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days of return confirmation. The items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

We will not accept returns if they show signs of wear, makeup marks, stains, and/or smell of perfume or body odour. Package your return items securely, just as you received them.

The new order will be issued once we receive back, check, and approve your current order.

Please Note -

We aim to process exchanged items or in-house alterations as soon as possible, upon the garment being returned. However, allow 1–2 weeks lead time for this.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated. If the package doesn't reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure a safe proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be exchanged or refunded.

All discounted and last-chance-to-buy items are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Fees related to custom and made-to-order garments are non-refundable. Custom and/or tailored garments are always final sale.

We can only issue store credit for purchases made by logged-in customers. Store credit cannot be applied to guest purchases, because we need to add this to your account.

What to do if you experience any issues with your garment — 
We are positive you’ll love your order, however if there is anything incorrect or faulty with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing our team at Please provide as much information as possible within the email, including your order number, and images if possible. From here we will guide you about the next steps.
