How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our garments are handmade to order, just for you, in house by our small team.

Our current lead times on all orders are 2–3 weeks, including delivery time on all UK orders which usually takes another 1-2 working days, depending on the courier. For international orders, this could be up-to 5-7 working days, depending on your country, but we will always try our best to get your orders sent out as soon as possible. For more info, please see our Postage & Shipping page.

How can I track my order?

Our current lead times on all orders are 2–3 weeks. In the meantime, if you are wondering what stage your order is at, feel free to check with our Parcel Tracker – All you will need is your order number and email address. Or you can message us on Instagram to check in!

Where are the garments made?

Every 8LP garment is handmade by women for women, in our studio nestled away in the Kent countryside, just outside London.

We are an independent brand that follows an ethical approach to manufacturing by only producing in small quantities. This means once you have place your order, our founder Pippy and garment specialist Sakara will start creating your garments from scratch, so please expect up-to 2–3 weeks wait for your order to be delivered.

Can I return my order?

All of our garments are handmade to order, just for you, in house by our small team. This means if you don't place an order the garment isn't made, which is why all items are non-refundable with no exceptions, so please consider this before placing your order.

However, we of course want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your item, and it does not fit, we are happy to issue you with either: an exchange of size, in-house alterations on your current garment or store credit. For more info, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you've placed an order, our team starts working on creating your garments from scratch, so if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. We can not guarantee a full cancellation or refund after this time has passed. For more info, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

What do I do if my item(s) is faulty or incorrect?

If there is anything incorrect or faulty with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing our team at Please provide as much information as possible within the email, including your order number, and images if possible. From here we will guide you about the next steps.

Can I exchange my item(s) for a different size or style if I don't like it?

All exchanges are handled individually, depending on the customers' request or reason for needing an exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for all information.

Do you offer next day delivery?

As each garment is handmade to order, there is no option for next day delivery available. Our standard lead times are 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and delivered.

However, we understand that you might want one of our beautiful pieces for a specific date. If this is the case, please get in touch with us before placing your order, and we will let you know if this request can be completed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Do you cover customs, duties and/or taxes?

8 Lemon Pips is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For more info, please see our Postage & Shipping page.

Will postage be refunded if I want to exchange an item?

Yes, you have to cover postage when exchanging your order. 8 Lemon Pips will only refund postage if the item(s) is faulty or incorrect, however this is subject to our returns policy, which you can find more information on here.

How do I know what size is right for me?

All of our garments are made to standard UK size patterns, to find your perfect size, please see our Fit Guide.

If you find that your measurements don't exactly match our fit guide, this is ok. We understand that every body is different, so please feel free to measure yourself and send these to us at, alongside information about the garment you want to buy, and we will guide you from here.

How do I care for my garments?

Our garments are designed to be worn and adored for years to come, which is why looking after them is extra important, to help maintain the quality and longevity.
