8 Lemon Pips is an independent business, and each garment is handmade to order after you have purchased/placed it on the website. Please allow our current lead time (2-3 weeks) on all orders, so our team has time to make your garment(s) from scratch. Shipping times differ depending on which country you are ordering from.

As we grow, we aim to expand our shipping options and will try our best to cover additional costs so all of our muses get to access the brand – In the meantime, thank you for supporting us.

We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £100.

Custom Duties & Taxes -

All orders are shipped from Kent, UK. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and the funds are received exclusively by your local government — 8 Lemon Pips has no control over this. 

This varies from country to country, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for international delivery. Unfortunately, these fees can not be reimbursed or refunded either. 

If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
